Rooted in diligent research and abundant resources, our foundation nurtures meaningful connections and amplifies the positive influence of professionals, extending QU’s influence and impact.

Founder & Principle

Rae’Shawnda Davidson, the visionary behind Queens Unlimited INC, founded the platform to empower women in their professional growth journey. Overcoming challenges and drawing from her own experiences, she started with services like business plans and credit repair at North Carolina Central University. Her entrepreneurial path evolved into successful ventures, including buying and reselling items, investing in closeout pallets, and becoming a respected wholesaler along the East Coast. Certified as a Project Management Professional and SCRUM Master, she transitioned to a corporate career, making an impact in major corporations like Bank of America and Kroger Technology & Digital, while also supporting startups and small to mid-sized enterprises nationwide.
